Little gem in Saumur! We loved the food, desserts and drinks (fizzy, tea and hot chocolate were great). We recommend to go also for the brunch on Sunday - perfect English breakfast. Very welcoming hosts, we had a great time visiting, wish you all the best ☺️

Lovely lunchroom / tearoom. Great homemade Iced Tea and Iced latte Would definitely recommend the BBQ Pulled Pork and Smoked Salmon!! Very kind host as well. :)

Had a superb afternoon tea here with a group of friends. Huge selection of teas and coffees (or you can choose a lovely glass of Cremant de Loire.). The selection of delicious, delicate sandwiches, perfect homemade scones with homemade jam and cream, and then so many mouthwaterin…Plus d’avis
Had a superb afternoon tea here with a group of friends. Huge selection of teas and coffees (or you can choose a lovely glass of Cremant de Loire.). The selection of delicious, delicate sandwiches, perfect homemade scones with homemade jam and cream, and then so many mouthwatering homemade cakes was, truly, amazing. We each had to take some of our gorgeous cakes home as we were too full to eat everything. All was superbly presented, the table laid so prettily. The cakes and, also delicious homemade cookies are available to buy and take home to share with "neglected husbands" at home 🤣
The couple who own the Tea Room are very friendly and create such a relaxed, happy, calm atmosphere.
If you are in or near Saumur promise yourself you will try this lovely place. My only suggestion to the proprietors is to, perhaps, put some pretty flowers outside on the pavement, or maybe a tiny bright coloured table garden with plants, or an old painted bicycle with plants in a basket, as the outside of the shop is very unremarkable. We drove past twice before we realised where this delightful place was. Outside it looks bland, but inside the decor is beautiful. We shall definitely go again, and take friends for a treat.- Service

We arrived a little late but Romy very kindly made us a hot meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. A huge range of tea flavours is available to suit any pallet, I recommend the Christmas thé. A return visit is in order, to sample the breakfast anglais.

Très belle découverte d'une excellente cuisine anglaise. Le nombre de plats en proposition met un doute mais la saveur le fait disparaître rapidement. Je trouvais le plat un peu léger mais j'ai eu du mal à le finir. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement pour découvrir les saveurs anglaises. Quel régal

Très joli restaurant/salon de thé en plein cœur de Saumur. La décoration est juste superbe, avec énormément de détails. L’accueil et le service sont très chaleureux. Les produits servis (gâteaux, boissons) sont excellent aussi ! Le fondant au chocolat était divin. Je reviendrai pour tester les cookies !!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à l’occasion d’un déjeuner en famille. Super accueil, nous avons été placés dans une salle à l’arrière du restaurant, spacieuse et très calme. Restaurant très sympathique à la décoration so British. Service au top et cuisine délicieuse et généreuse. Nous avons pris la formule à 25€ avec boisson chaude (ou froide), plat et dessert et tout était parfait. Nous avions réservé à l'avance pour être sûrs d'avoir une place.
